About the instructor: Officer Ryan Winters
Instructor Ryan Winters is an Evansville Police Ofﬁcer and TCCC/ PHTLS instructor. Ryan has served as a volunteer ﬁreﬁghter/EMT since 1999, working as Lt. and Division Chief over training, public relations, and communications. Ryan has certiﬁcations in Fireﬁghter I & II, American Heart Association BLS Instructor (CPR/AED), Basic Tactical Operator Medical Support Course, and NIMS 0100, 0200, 0300, 0400, 0600, 0700, and 0800. Ryan serves as a Tactical Medic to the S.W.A.T., Bomb, and Mobile Field Force Teams. He is a Gang Task Force Member, and an Instructor for the Southwestern Indiana Law Enforcement Academy for CPR and EMS Awareness.
